Blanc Toimitilat is a commercial real estate agency founded in 2010. We help companies lease and buy office, retail, warehouse, logistics and production premises in Turku, Tampere, the Helsinki region and Oulu, and we help property owners and investors find tenants and buyers.

Our service is free of charge for companies looking for premises. The fee is paid by the landlord or seller as agreed in the assignment. Our partners range from pension insurance companies and real estate funds to private property investors.
